Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item to us. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Replacement Shipping: Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets the exchange conditions, we will process your exchange and send you the replacement item. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending the replacement item to you.
